  • You’re constantly managing anxiety, guilt, or self-doubt
  • Rest feels undeserved, and slowing down makes you feel behind
  • You know what it would look like to live more intentionally… but perfectionism keeps pulling you back into over-functioning and self-criticism
  • You crave a space where you don’t have to “have it all together”

The Permission Project is a small therapy group for women recovering from perfectionism.
Together, we’ll:

✔ unpack the fear and pressure that drives perfectionism
✔ practice new rhythms of presence, rest, and self-trust
✔ explore seasonal and embodied tools that help regulate your nervous system
✔ connect with like-hearted women who value depth over performance
