As the seasons shift and the people start making their way out of the home caves, the Spring Equinox invites us to embrace rebirth, fresh starts, and new possibilities. Just as nature awakens from its winter slumber, we also have the opportunity to shed the old and step into something new.

If you’re into it, here is a simple Spring Equinox Reflection & Renewal Activity. Use it as a time to set intentions, realign with what matters, and welcome this season of growth with purpose.

Reflection Questions

Take a few moments to sit with these questions. You might journal your thoughts, meditate on them, or discuss them with a friend:

What is your expectation for this season?

In what area of life would you like to cultivate more abundance?
What old patterns, habits, or thoughts are you ready to release?

What expectations do you currently have for your future, and how do they make you feel?

Do these expectations bring you excitement, anxiety, or something else?

In what ways do your expectations create a sense of control over your life?

What might it feel like to let go of some of this need for control and trust that things will unfold as they should?

What expectations do you hold about your personal growth or healing?

What small action can you take to step into a fresh start?

Spring Equinox Activity: Plant Your Intentions

To physically and symbolically welcome renewal, try this simple exercise:

  1. Find a seed or plant 🌿—It could be a flower, an herb, or even a vegetable.
  2. Before planting, hold it in your hands and set an intention. Maybe it’s clarity, peace, growth, or something deeply personal to you.
  3. As you plant it in the soil, visualize that intention taking root and growing throughout the season.
  4. Care for it regularly, using its growth as a reminder of your own progress and renewal.

Let’s welcome the fresh energy of spring together. If you feel inspired, share your reflections or your planted intentions in the comments! What are you embracing this season?
